Job Title: Park Manager

Diggerland UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Park Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our theme park in Devon. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our rides, attractions, and facilities, while providing an exceptional experience for our guests.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing a team of staff, with a focus on customer service, safety, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the customer experience and ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable visit.
  • Leading a team of staff, including ride marshals, maintenance personnel, and other support staff.
  • Developing and implementing operational plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the safety and security of our guests and staff, including the implementation of health and safety protocols.
  • Coordinating with other departments, including maintenance, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting to the General Manager and providing regular updates on park operations and performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in a theme park or similar environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong operational skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
