About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sea Logistics Intermodal Key Account Specialist to join our team at Kuehne+Nagel. As a key member of our Intermodal team, you will be responsible for planning and executing the operational logistics of UK container transport requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate import moves for key accounts utilizing our TOPS operating system.
  • Collaborate with haulage providers to ensure transport plans are achievable and executed to customer requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and transport providers.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers through written, verbal, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Collect and analyze data to produce daily operational reports.
  • Ensure that operational service levels are consistently met.
  • Verify that completed transport orders are accurately rated and aligned with customer and supplier agreements.
  • Prioritize and respond to email correspondences in a timely manner.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Fluently navigate language with native or C1 English proficiency.
  • Excel expertise to turn data into actionable insights.
