Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef/Senior Chef de Partie
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Chef/Senior Chef de Partie to join our team at Nourish Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Rotate around all sections of the kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Lead the pastry team, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional desserts and pastries are consistently delivered.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and implement new menu ideas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of taste, presentation, and nutritional value.
- Manage inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Work closely with the restaurant management team to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results, with a focus on quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and multitasking.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, with a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
