About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Executive Pastry Chef or Senior Chef de Partie to join our client's team in a 2aa rosette awarded restaurant in South London. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will be responsible for driving the culinary experience forward during the busy Autumn and Winter seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Rotate around all sections of the kitchen to ensure seamless service and high-quality dishes
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience
  • Collaborate with the head chef and kitchen team to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and maintain a clean and organized kitchen

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a senior chef in a high-end restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
