Job Opportunity for a Dedicated Teaching Assistant

Protocol Education is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a reputable primary school in Central Cambridge. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and be able to provide exceptional support to students and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to students in Key Stage 2
  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs
  • Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement educational programs

Requirements:

  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience working in an educational setting as an LSA or TA preferred
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
  • Passion for education and commitment to student success
