Product Enablement Specialist

At Goldman Sachs, we are seeking a highly skilled Product Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Product Enablement & Transformation team, you will play a critical role in enabling our business stakeholders to actively and effectively manage our vendor population, supply chain effectiveness, travel & expense processing & Source-to-Pay activity through the platforms we maintain within our architecture.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement product strategies to drive user experience and seamless platform strategies for our Professional Services Procurement Product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sourcing, and business stakeholders to ensure complete engagement and the best outcome.
- Work with other Product SMEs to identify and drive a robust prioritization of enhancement requests and adopt new functionality being released by SAP.
- Liaise with Engineering and development teams to communicate business requirements, data migration, testing, and deployment of new infrastructure capabilities.
- Analyze, document, and update business requirements and manage changes made to requirements.
- Develop scorecards & KPIs to monitor and track SLA and manage vendor relationships to ensure adequate performance & stability.
- Strong functional skills with 6-8 years of experience in SAP Fieldglass or similar application.
- Strong integration experience with other modules within SAP (Ariba, S4 HANA, Guided Buying, Concur).
- 8+ years' experience in Source to Pay, Program Management, Operations, or similar.
- Should have led at least one large-scale platform deployment project in the Professional Services space.
- Knowledge of Agile change management and platforms like JIRA and Confluence or similar would be an add-on.
