Bookkeeper - Music Industry Specialist

Aether Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join their growing finance team in London. As a leading international talent management company, they represent a number of high profile artists and bands in the music industry.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience and a strong background in music industry finance. They will be responsible for general bookkeeping for various entities, preparing VAT returns, and assisting with year-end accounting.

The successful candidate will also have experience of working for either a talent management company or for an accountancy firm which specialises in music. They will be able to work independently and have good initiative, with AAT qualification or equivalent experience being highly desirable.

As a member of the finance team, the Senior Bookkeeper will be responsible for processing payment runs, liaising with external accountants, and supervising a junior bookkeeper. The company offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days a week in the office and 2 days from home.
