- Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
- Experience managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations.
- Proven track record in people development, fostering a supportive, productive, and inclusive workplace.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and communicating effectively with team members, peers, corporate colleagues, and senior stakeholders.
