Job Summary:
PRS is seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee the management of facilities maintenance contracts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract administration and a proven track record of delivering successful contract outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Manage facilities management contracts, ensuring they meet all terms and conditions, and oversee the full contract lifecycle from negotiation to closure.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, meeting their needs and expectations, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
- Service Performance: Monitor service performance, address issues, and improve processes to ensure optimal contract performance.
- Contract Reviews: Conduct regular contract reviews and report to senior management, and negotiate contract renewals and changes as needed.
- Compliance: Ensure contracts comply with legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in Facilities Maintenance, focusing on contract management.
- Qualifications: Technical qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office.
- Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
