Pub Operator Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Pub Operator to join our team at The Overwoods in Tamworth. As a key member of our Craft Union Pub Company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing the day-to-day operations of the pub, and driving sales growth.
The Overwoods is a thriving community pub located in the heart of Hockley, with a strong reputation for its choice of beers, live music, and entertainment. With a two-room operation, including a traditional bar area and a lounge/function room, there are opportunities to develop the business further with the introduction of pub teams, including pool, darts, and football.
Tamworth is a vibrant market town with a rich history, offering a great quality of life for our customers and staff. The pub benefits from excellent infrastructure, with the M42 motorway nearby and a local bus route passing outside. Local attractions include Tamworth Castle and Drayton Manor theme park, which attract passing trade to the pub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including staff management, customer service, and sales growth.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
- Work closely with the Craft Union Pub Company to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
