About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at the Longwood pub in Tamworth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve their goals and objectives
  • Manage all aspects of the pub's operations, including finance, marketing, and customer service
  • Collaborate with the area manager to achieve business objectives and develop the team
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
