The Role

We're seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager or Team Leader to join our team at The Fox Inn in Tamworth. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, coach, and mentor your team to achieve exceptional results
  • Develop and maintain a high standard of food knowledge and skill
  • Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, and H&S regulations
  • Drive innovation and improvement in our menu and service offerings
