Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Building Services Engineer to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. This role involves providing essential maintenance services across various sites, ensuring the functionality and safety of mechanical and electrical systems.

Core Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance tasks as directed by the Portfolio Supervisor, focusing on mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Document and update completed maintenance tasks within the computerized maintenance management system.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship to enhance the operational efficiency and reliability of building systems.
  • Collaborate with specialized subcontractors for both planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Adhere to Integral's quality assurance and site protocols in all maintenance activities.
  • Follow health and safety regulations diligently to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Keep precise records of all maintenance activities and site operations.
  • Assess the condition of building services and respond proactively to maintenance requests from management.
  • Conduct maintenance tasks in various building environments, including working at heights using provided access equipment.
  • Safeguard all tools and equipment issued by Integral, ensuring they are maintained in good working order.
  • Contribute positively to the success of the contract and the overall team environment.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental procedures as outlined in site documentation.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by management, reflecting the evolving nature of the role.

Qualifications & Experience:
Candidates should possess experience in a similar HVAC environment and be familiar with:
  • Air Handling Units
  • 4 Pipe Fan Coil Units
  • Emergency Lighting Systems
  • L8 Compliance
  • Fire Alarm Testing
  • Lighting Systems
  • Plumbing

Certifications:
Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds/NVQ in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services are preferred. Additional certifications in IPAF and PASMA are advantageous. Proficiency in software applications like Excel and MS Office is also required.
