As a representative of the Maison, you will set a standard for excellence and effectively oversee the daily functions of the Boutique Assistant Team. Your role as an inspiring team leader will be crucial in motivating, guiding, and enhancing the performance of the Boutique Assistant Team, ensuring a superior customer experience is consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership Inspire and assist the Boutique Assistants by exemplifying outstanding client service and providing necessary guidance. Work closely with the Learning & Development Manager to facilitate relevant training for the Boutique Assistant community. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and performance reviews. Manage the team’s schedules, leave requests, and attendance records. Collaborate with the Boutique Manager, Operations Manager, and HR as needed regarding team matters. Participate in the recruitment of new team members. Boutique Management Organize the daily agenda for the Boutique Assistants, ensuring each member receives clear instructions regarding their roles. Oversee that tasks are completed promptly by the team. Manage the packaging area, back office, and kitchenettes, ensuring all necessary supplies are replenished and orders placed when required. Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and Security protocols for both clients and the Boutique Assistant Team. Address daily operational matters with the team, including appropriate conduct and adherence to brand values regarding appearance and presentation. Assist management with operational projects as needed, including inventories and new initiatives, ensuring all functions are performed in compliance with established guidelines. Collaboration Perform administrative duties under management guidance, such as documenting procedures and developing guidelines. Assist with high jewelry and press appointments in-store. Support events as required. Collaborate with other Boutique Assistants and head office contacts to enhance Boutique Assistant processes. Develop operational reporting to provide boutique management with timely and relevant insights. Familiarize yourself with and support projects from other departments.
