Luxury Boutique Store Manager

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our luxury fashion boutique in London. This is an exciting opportunity to join a prestigious brand that values exceptional customer service and a warm, engaging store environment.


The successful candidate will be passionate about the brand and have a proven track record of developing successful sales teams. Key responsibilities include:


  1. Identifying and engaging loyal customers to the brand
  2. Developing a customer relationship management (CRM) system
  3. Understanding and delivering the brand's core values
  4. Driving sales and identifying opportunities to exceed customer expectations
  5. Providing inspiring leadership to the sales team
  6. Consistently delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) and exceeding business goals
  7. Building strong relationships with sister stores and headquarters
  8. Ensuring all visual merchandising directives from headquarters are implemented and the store floor reflects the brand and concept standards
