Job Title: Room Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Room Leader to join our team at Completely Care Ltd. As a Room Leader, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating and engaging environment for children aged 0-5 years old.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support the team within your room to deliver high-quality care and education to the children.
  • Create a stimulating environment with engaging activities for children across the indoor and outdoor spaces.
  • Develop good relationships with staff, parents, and management team, reporting on staff and children's ongoing learning progress.
  • Support the staff team with daily tasks and reporting.
Requirements:
  • Trained to a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare & Education.
  • Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
