Nursery Room Leader/Assistant Deputy Nursery Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Nursery Room Leader/Assistant Deputy Nursery Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take a step-up from their current position and into a management role.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children, acting as a key person to a number of children and maintaining regular contact with parents. They will also ensure that the nursery room is compliant with internal and external policies and regulations, plan daily activities in line with the EYFS curriculum, and carry out supervisions and evaluations.

Requirements
  • A minimum of a Level 3 childcare-related qualification
  • GCSE or equivalent English and Mathematics Grade C or above (if Childcare Qualification achieved after September 2014)
  • Excellent knowledge of EYFS and OFSTED frameworks
  • Good time management and organisational skills
