Job Title: Senior Therapeutic Carer

Join our team of dedicated professionals as a Senior Therapeutic Carer, where you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one therapeutic care to children aged 6-17 who have experienced trauma and neglect.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Senior Therapeutic Carer. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families to provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that promotes their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-to-one therapeutic care to children aged 6-17, working closely with their care plans and individual needs.
  • Act as a role model, promoting positive relationships and behaviors that support the children's development and well-being.
  • Participate in the day-to-day operation of the home, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and to a high standard.
  • Support children on social and educational activities, helping them develop their learning and educational aspirations.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure the children's needs and requirements are met.
