Job Description

Job Title: Facilities Management Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Professional to join our team at Searchability NS&D. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing various facilities projects across our sites, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee facilities projects from maintenance to construction, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Act as the primary customer interface, enforcing action and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Site Business Partners and Building Custodians to provide support on health and safety topics and communicate updates on facilities management topics to the wider business.
  • Participate in local working groups as a voice of facilities management, driving initiatives and improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in facilities management, preferably in a factory/production environment.
  • Project management and project delivery experience, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively.
  • Awareness of HSE regulations is highly desirable.
