Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor Job Description

Advanced Resource Managers Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all commercial activities throughout the design stage, assisting with compiling the tender bid for the submission of the AMP (Absolute maximum price) construction of the project, and engaging with Sub-Contractors / Suppliers during this phase.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Management of all commercial activities throughout design stage, assistance with compiling the tender bid for the submission of the AMP (Absolute maximum price) construction of the project and engaging with Sub-Contractors / Suppliers during this phase.
  • Working alongside our design, pre-construction, estimating team during the above phase, ensuring commercial coverage.
  • Review and negotiation of the Contract with our Client, with support from the senior management team.
  • Negotiation and Contract placement of the Sub-Contract Agreements with our specialist Sub-Contractors.
  • Preparation and submission of monthly interim valuations to our Client in line with our Contract.
  • Manage, value and agree variations to the Contract.
  • Carry out the valuation, preparation, and submission of compliant payment notices to our Sub-Contractors in accordance with the Sub-Contract Agreement.
  • Management and agreement of variations with our Sub-Contractors.
  • Agreement of final accounts upstream and downstream.
