Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our client's growing team at a main car dealership. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standard of professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide customers with clear and concise information about service and repair work required to their vehicles
- Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, ensuring transparency and trust with customers
- Sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs, enhancing their overall experience
- Coordinate with customers to arrange collection and delivery of their vehicles, ensuring seamless communication
- Update customer and vehicle records accurately and efficiently
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy, maintaining compliance and quality
- Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry
- Full driving licence, enabling you to drive company vehicles
- OTE up to 28K (Depending on Experience), providing a competitive salary
- After 3 years' service, you receive an extra 3 Days Holiday, enhancing your work-life balance
