Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Jago Consultants. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of customer care and professionalism when interacting with customers and members of the public.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and transparent information to customers regarding service and repair work required to their vehicles.
- Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, ensuring customers are fully informed and empowered to make decisions.
- Sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs, promoting a range of services and solutions.
- Coordinate and manage the service and repair process, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with customers.
- Update customer and vehicle records, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information.
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy, ensuring compliance and transparency.
- Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor in a similar environment.
- Full driving licence, with a valid UK driving licence preferred.
- Competitive OTE up to £25,000.
- Company Pension Scheme, providing a secure and stable financial future.
