Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with clear and concise information about service and repair work required to their vehicles
- Advise on estimated costs of repairs and work to be undertaken, ensuring transparency and trust with customers
- Sell additional products as appropriate to customers' needs, enhancing their overall experience
- Coordinate with customers to arrange collection and delivery of their vehicles, ensuring seamless communication
- Update customer and vehicle records accurately and efficiently
- Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy, maintaining compliance and quality
- Prepare and complete invoices, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor in a similar environment
- Full driving licence, enabling you to travel to and from work

- Competitive OTE up to 28K (Depending on Experience)
- After 3 years of service, you will receive an additional 3 days of holiday, enhancing your work-life balance
