Resales Consultant Opportunity

MMP Consultancy is seeking a skilled Resales Consultant to join our team on an interim contract basis. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a Central London-based housing association, providing expert advice and support to customers throughout the resale process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling enquiries and resolving issues in a professional and supportive manner.
  • Manage resales and staircasing caseloads, achieving or exceeding individual targets and ensuring all activities are progressed in accordance with policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with customers, solicitors, estate agents, and internal departments to progress cases to exchange and completion in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with technical knowledge and legislation relevant to shared ownership resales and staircasing, including Homes England capital funding guidelines.
  • Ensure customer data is held in strict compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and best practice across the team.
Requirements:
  • Strong product knowledge and technical expertise in shared ownership resales and staircasing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.

Salary: £26.37 per hour (Inside IR35)
Location: Central London
Contract: Interim - 6 months
