About the Role

Wipro is seeking a highly skilled Director of Contract Assurance to join our team in the UK on a permanent basis. As a key member of our account governance team, you will work closely with our account executive team to ensure awareness and compliance with contracts and contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 360-degree contract design and management
  • Implement an obligations management plan and ensure overall contract governance
  • Participate in top-level executive meetings as a trusted advisor to our business teams
  • Lead compliance with contractual obligations to protect Wipro's interests and support business strategy decisions
  • Drive change requests, negotiate commercial disputes, and prevent profit leakage through scope creep
  • Collaborate with client executive partners, delivery leaders, and other team members to design, prepare, and manage daily contractual relationships with customers and partners
  • Oversee the direct follow-up of contract/legal aspects associated with relevant customer contracts in close coordination with country legal counsel
  • Ensure accurate recording of contract changes and proper planning, tracking, documentation, and monitoring of contractual obligations
  • Help initiate, discuss, and agree on Change Requests with customers
Requirements
  • Considerable relevant experience in IT contract management
  • Experience in managing multiple, large portfolios of customers and business accounts in a global environment
  • Open to travel as needed
  • Good understanding of IT Service Delivery, including various delivery models structured around geo, industry, and competency units
  • Proven negotiation and program management capabilities
  • Fluent in common languages like English, French, German, and able to communicate with customers in local languages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, reporting, and document skills, with high attention to detail/quality/effectiveness
