Job Title: Director of Contract Assurance

Wipro is seeking a highly skilled Director of Contract Assurance to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our account governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and protecting Wipro's interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement contract design and management strategies to ensure effective contract governance
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure seamless contract management
  • Provide expert advice on contract-related matters, including negotiation, dispute resolution, and change management
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and protect Wipro's interests
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience in IT contract management, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong understanding of IT service delivery, including various delivery models
  • Excellent negotiation and program management skills
  • Fluent in common languages, including English, French, and German
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
