Job Title: Director of Contract Assurance

Wipro is seeking a highly skilled Director of Contract Assurance to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our account governance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring awareness and compliance with contracts and contract management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and Wipro teams, to design and manage contracts that meet business objectives.
  • Implement an obligations management plan to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and protect Wipro's interests.
  • Participate in top-level executive meetings as a trusted advisor to business teams, providing guidance on contract governance and compliance.
  • Drive change requests, negotiate commercial disputes, and prevent profit leakage through scope creep.
  • Advise and collaborate with client executive partners, delivery leaders, and other team members to ensure effective contract design, preparation, and management.

Requirements:

  • Considerable relevant experience in IT contract management, with a proven track record of managing multiple, large portfolios of customers and business accounts in a global environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and program management capabilities, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in common languages, including English, French, and German, with the ability to communicate with customers in their local language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, reporting, and document skills, with a high attention to detail and quality.
