Position Overview
As the Lead Product Strategist for Gifting & Accessories, you will collaborate closely with the Chief Information Officer, Category Leaders, and Product Marketing teams to define the product strategy for Gifting and Accessories. You will oversee the creation, briefing, and development of our product offerings in this category.

Key Responsibilities
Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Product Innovation: Collaborate with the founder and key stakeholders to develop an annual strategy for gifting and accessories that aligns with business growth objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Marketing to drive creative ideation, develop product briefs, and ensure all teams are aligned for successful product launches.
  • Product Development: Lead the ideation process, focusing on innovative concepts and ensuring alignment with brand values and consumer needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee product launches, ensuring timely execution within budget and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor innovations to inspire product development.

Data Analysis & Commercial Strategy
In this role, you will also:

  • Analyze internal sales data and conduct market research to inform product development.
  • Prepare business cases for product initiatives and work with finance to establish target costs and margins.

Marketing & Communication
Support the Marketing Team in creating effective product communication and ensure all teams have the necessary resources for successful launches.

Team Leadership
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages communication and efficiency to meet key objectives.
