House of CB seeks a talented Accessories Designer to contribute to our dynamic and creative environment.

We are searching for an experienced Accessories Designer who is passionate about the design and development process of leathergoods, shoes, and lifestyle accessories. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director to develop new lines of accessories for both online and global stores.

This role offers the opportunity to design and develop a diverse range of accessories, including standalone capsules and pieces that complement our core seasonal collections.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed flat sketches and tech packs for all accessory products, incorporating any graphics or print elements.
  • Utilize Adobe Illustrator to create CAD designs from approved sketches.
  • Conduct research and identify seasonal fashion trends in fabrics, techniques, trims, and merchandise.
  • Partner with the materials manager to source appropriate materials for all accessory products.
  • Collaborate with our offshore development office to identify suitable manufacturers for specialized products.
  • Manage material development, swatches, and lab dip approvals for your own designs.
  • Oversee the sample review process for accessories, addressing any concerns related to materials, functionality, and construction.
  • Prepare sample feedback and approvals for specialist accessory factories.
  • Maintain clear communication with cross-functional partners, both internally and globally.
  • Provide support to sample teams and showroom setup for range presentations.
Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in accessories design and construction with a strong technical understanding.
  • Demonstrated expertise in color, material selection, and detailing across a range of leathergoods and lifestyle accessories.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A proactive, professional, flexible, and multi-tasking approach.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, and basic Excel knowledge.
