As the People Development and Training Manager at Southdown, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs and initiatives to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of colleagues and managers. Reporting directly to the Manager, People Development, you will lead a team of five roles.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a subject matter expert in reflective, psychologically informed, strengths-based, person-centered, resilience-building, and recovery-oriented practices.
- Ensure teams and individuals are skilled to meet service needs.
- Assess training needs, develop and implement training programs, and evaluate effectiveness for continued improvement.
- Contribute to the development of Southdown's business plan through the Southdown Planning Forum.
- Lead by example in upholding Southdown's values and fostering a psychologically informed environment.
