About the Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to coordinate the transport operations on site and on customer premises to meet both customer and company expectations. This includes liaising with line management to ensure the effective use of hire vehicles / subcontractors, minimizing the cost impact to the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the transport operations to meet customer and company expectations
  • Liaise with line management to ensure effective use of resources
  • Ensure compliance with working time directive regulations and investigate accidents/incidents in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Good understanding of fast-paced transport teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good understanding of Microsoft packages including Excel and Outlook
