Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the development and execution of media plans across North and Central EMEA regions.
* Collaborate with the OU Media Strategy Lead to align regional media strategies with global campaign objectives.
* Coordinate with the channels team to ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and updates.
* Manage the collection, organisation, and distribution of media assets for regional campaigns.
* Ensure all campaign materials adhere to channel guidelines and are optimised for respective channels.
* Keep all relevant parties informed of campaign updates, changes, and progress.
* Monitor the progress of media campaigns, ensuring they are executed on time and within budget.
* Assist in tracking and managing campaign budgets across the North and Central EMEA regions.
* Handle tickets related to paid media channels, ensuring all requests for campaign changes and updates are processed efficiently.
* Prioritise and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.

Requirements:

* 2-3 years of experience in media planning, campaign management, or a related field, preferably in a regional or global context.
* Strong understanding of media channels, campaign planning, and asset management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Strong analytical skills and experience in budget management and reporting.
