Job Description
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the development of best-in-class media plans and rationales, ensuring that all internal processes are correctly adhered to, and adapting and updating media plans based on client feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate campaign briefings and campaign trackers
- Update relevant documents to ensure all stakeholders are clear on current status and next steps
- Work alongside internal departments to generate clear rationales and detailed media plans
- Reactively adapt and update media plans based on client feedback (budget changes, live dates etc)
- Lead campaign implementation, with the support of your Account Manager, including tagging and reporting requirements
- Ensure all standard client requirements are delivered correctly and on time (contact reports, competitive reviews, online status reports)
- Ensure all finance documents are correctly completed (reconciliations, finance trackers etc)
What We Offer
- Office hours are 9.15am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday
- 25 days holiday per annum
- 4 days mental health allowance
- Full training will be provided once evaluation of skill set has been undertaken
- Hybrid Working (3 days a week in the office)
