Job Description

The Publicis Media AV team is seeking a highly skilled AV Media Planning and Buying Professional to join their team. This role will involve working on AV media activity planning and overseeing campaigns from brief to activation and review.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with and buying market-leading advertising campaigns across TV, Video, and Cinema for all clients.
  • Negotiating with media owners to drive access to the best environments for campaigns' target audiences and ensuring best results for clients at the best prices.
  • Taking responsibility for all campaign administration from approval to reconciliation.
  • Creating post-campaign analysis reports.
  • Working with the team to ensure that all KPIs and any audit specifics are achieved.
  • Meeting all deadlines set by the client team, the AV team, planning team, and the client.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes within the AV marketplace and sharing market intelligence with the wider AV team.
  • Embracing changes and advancements within the industry, team, and systems.
  • Using appropriate systems and technology in an effective and efficient way.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite, with an intermediate to advanced ability on Excel, including formula construction.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding work with a great attention to detail.
  • Strong ability to communicate both face-to-face and on the phone.
  • Great team player with an inclusive spirit.
  • Dedicated and conscientious, with a willingness to go the extra mile when necessary.
  • Ability to learn new processes and technology quickly.
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
