Job Description

The AV team at Publicis Media is a collaborative, honest, and proactive group of experts who deliver exceptional results in the media industry. Our team of over 30 passionate individuals is dedicated to providing innovative solutions for our clients, ranging from large to small.

As the AV Director of Media Strategy, you will have full responsibility for your team of AV experts and their output. This role involves managing high-profile accounts and requires an ambitious individual with a vision to help brands navigate the turbulent AV landscape. You will need to be future-facing and knowledgeable about the latest developments in the AV industry.

You will work closely with other investment channels, such as Digital and Publishing & Audio, and the comms planning team to deliver integrated, innovative, and commercially successful plans for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of account managers and junior staff members.
  • Deliver exceptional client service with a deep understanding of the client's organisational structure.
  • Collaborate with Planning and Investment teams to provide timely responses.
  • Be proactive and results-orientated in day-to-day client and campaign management.
  • Lead training on systems and technology to understand audience behaviour and consumption of AV channels.

Qualifications

  • Ability to plan and present in-depth rationales for AV channels, including TV, Video on Demand, Connected TV, and Cinema.
  • Expert knowledge of media auditing processes.
  • Advanced negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in the AV marketplace and the latest innovations.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, from CEOs to entry-level graduates.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
