Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for residents interested in homeownership schemes, providing clear and comprehensive information about their options.

Sales Process Management: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.

Eligibility Assessment: Conduct eligibility assessments for homeownership applicants, ensuring that residents meet the criteria for the schemes and advising them on the next steps.

Financial Guidance: Provide residents with information on financing options, including mortgage advice and assistance with securing the best possible terms.

Liaison with Stakeholders: Work closely with solicitors, mortgage advisers, and other professionals to facilitate a smooth transaction for residents. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of applications.

What We're Looking For:
