Job Summary:

As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a range of commercial properties in a local patch, undertaking inspections, and arranging planned and reactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely rent payments and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular site visits to meet with clients, outsource maintenance projects, and collect rent.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard.
