Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team at Bupa Care Services. As a Financial Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining robust and accurate financial administration processes to ensure the smooth running of our Care Home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including invoices, monies, and debt management routines.
  • Liaise with Local and Health Authorities to ensure timely and accurate documentation is received.
  • Ensure effective administration of purchasing, supplier payments, and petty cash.
  • Process employee and payroll-related information.
  • Support the Home Manager by providing clerical support and maintaining well-ordered filing systems.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a financial administrator within a similar setting.
  • Experience in sales ledger and credit control with an understanding of financial billing systems and debt management practices.
  • Reconciliation experience.
  • Experience and knowledge of payroll/HR processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with problem-solving abilities.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families, and internal/external teams.
