Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join our Design and Product Support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing internal training to Design Engineers and Field teams on our products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to ensure Design Engineers and Field teams have the necessary skills to effectively utilize our products and solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients to resolve complex technical issues, including network, protocol, interfacing, and data problems.
  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date reference and training documents.
  • Assist with configuring systems to ensure compliance with specifications, including workshop-based activities and occasional site visits.
  • Interact with clients at the pre-sales stage to provide technical expertise and support.
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance testing with customers present, as required.
  • Investigate and resolve hardware and configuration issues to ensure optimal system performance.
