About the Role

Kennedys is seeking a highly skilled File Administrator to join our global Master Data Management (MDM) team. This newly created role will be based in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input data into our Data Management and Case Management systems within specified time frames.
  • Regularly monitor master data entries for completeness and accuracy, taking necessary actions to rectify discrepancies.
  • Identify potential non-compliance with the Firm's MDM policies and procedures and escalate as appropriate.
  • Process master data transfers and update details as required by stakeholders and the Financial Operations team.
  • Assist with data governance influenced by MDM.

Requirements

  • Good level of IT skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner and strong writing skills.
  • Experience in finance systems.
