About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Category Manager to join our dynamic team at CV-Library. As a key member of our Food To Go category team, you will be responsible for creating and executing collaborative growth plans and initiatives that drive business results for our customers and Samworth Brothers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement category plans that deliver growth and profitability for our customers and Samworth Brothers.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to elevate the shopper experience and ensure Samworth Brothers Category is the team of choice.
  • Utilize data and insights to inform category decisions and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Category Management focused role within FMCG, with a track record of delivering growth and profitability.
  • Excellent data literacy skills, with the ability to integrate data and insights to inform category decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
