We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of People to lead our Human Resources department in a reputable regulatory body within the public sector. Key Responsibilities:

  9. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  10. Report regularly on HR metrics to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience of working in the public sector.
  2. Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle pressure.
