Job Summary

The Branch Administrator will play a vital role in supporting our recruitment efforts and providing general administrative support to the branch. This includes ensuring timely reporting of service user calls, maintaining databases, and participating in team meetings.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support recruitment efforts by handling administrative tasks and ensuring accurate reporting of service user calls.
  2. Maintain databases and provide regular reports to the Service Manager.
  3. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the success of the branch.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be an experienced Administrator with excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, including Excel. You should be highly organized, a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
