About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Vehicle Sales Administrator to join our team at Stoneacre Motor Group. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle sales process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage vehicle inventory and maintain accurate records
  • Raise invoices for retail, fleet, trade, and inter-branch sales
  • Prepare and complete all relevant paperwork
  • Support the sales department in daily controls and work efficiently with other departments
  • Monitor admin reports and maintain v5 documents
  • Complete a monthly vehicle stock check

About You

  • Previous sales administration experience in the automotive industry is desirable, but not essential
  • Experience with Kerridge/CDK or similar systems is advantageous, but not required
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a busy and high-pressure environment
