We are seeking individuals with a solid background in the automotive sector who possess a positive work ethic. As an Automotive Parts Specialist, you will be expected to meet targets and excel in sales while delivering outstanding customer service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Engaging with customers at both the front and back counters (Trade and Retail).
  • Managing the ordering, selling, and inventory control of a diverse range of vehicle parts and accessories.
  • Handling a significant volume of inquiries within the department.
  • Enhancing parts and accessory sales to clientele.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

Attributes of an Automotive Parts Specialist

  • Familiarity with DMS Systems such as Kerridge, 1 Link, or Pinnacle is advantageous.
  • Experience in sales at both front and back counters catering to trade or retail customers.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Confidence in working within both retail sales and workshop settings.
