This newly created Senior IT Operations Specialist vacancy is a fantastic opportunity to work for a growing business as their first dedicated IT employee.

Working closely with their IT Support company, you'll have responsibility for:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day IT operations and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Optimising IT infrastructure to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Maintaining relationships with IT vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and exceeded.
  • Evaluating innovative technologies and solutions to enhance IT capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Developing, implementing, and refining IT processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Establishing and implementing policies, procedures, and standards in a controlled environment.
  • Assessing current processes and identifying areas for improvement and automation to increase productivity.
  • Supporting the implementation of robust security measures to protect business assets.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards to mitigate risk.

We're looking for someone who has an in-depth working knowledge of IT infrastructure, security, and compliance practices, along with extensive experience in Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint and Viva), Windows Server, and Microsoft Azure.

Experience with project methodologies, cyber security, and data protection is essential.
