Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless support to our students, staff, and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions, including networks, servers, and storage systems.
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft Server, Linux, and desktop operating systems.
  • Ensure cyber security standards are met, including security patching, monitoring, and incident response.
  • Lead disaster recovery, backup planning, and business continuity testing.
  • Monitor IT performance, proactively managing capacity issues.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in delivering 2nd line IT support.
  • Strong technical expertise with IT systems, including Microsoft Server, Active Directory, Linux, and virtualisation technologies.
  • Proactive in addressing issues and managing helpdesk requests efficiently.
