Assistant Night Operations Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Night Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chester - Valor Hospitality. As a key member of our night operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deputise for the Night Manager in their absence, making decisions and solving problems as required.
- Run night audit, health and safety checks, and night security walks to ensure the hotel is secure and compliant with regulations.
- Deal with any customer complaints or issues that arise during the night shift.
- Assist with the training and development of other night team members.
- Contribute to the development of new procedures and processes to improve hotel operations.
Requirements:
- Strong background in front of house or reception operations.
- Experience of working in a similar role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and discretion.
