We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Night Manager to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Chester - Valor Hospitality. As a key member of our night operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our hotel during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities- Deputise for the Night Manager in their absence, making decisions and solving problems as needed.
- Run night audits, health and safety checks, and night security walks to ensure the hotel is secure and compliant with regulations.
- Deal with guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift.
- Provide detailed handovers to the incoming shift and Duty Manager to ensure a seamless transition.
