Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Area Sales Manager to drive sales of our innovative air handling solutions across the designated regional market. The ideal candidate will have experience in the HVAC, air handling, or indoor climate industry and possess excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our range of air handling solutions within the assigned region.
  • Conduct customer visits, presentations, and marketing campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotations, lead negotiations, and close sales deals with clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, providing tailored solutions to meet their indoor climate needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support regional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Use our design and quotation software to create proposals for clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to position us as a leading provider of air handling solutions.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to increase brand visibility and develop new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a sales role within the air handling, HVAC, or indoor climate industry.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of marketing and sales strategies for technical products.
  • Strong understanding of the regional market for air handling units and indoor climate solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technologically proficient, with experience using design and quotation software.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region and occasionally for training.
